How do I place an Order?

After successful registration of your customer account, you can shop and order from our store from any categories of products listed on the site.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

You cannot change/ cancel an order once payment has been approved.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You do need an account to place an order once registration is successful or complete.

How Can I Return a Product?

All products, once sold are non-returnable. However, exceptions will be made on account of defect or quality concerns provided these are reported to Customer Service via within 3 days upon receipt of goods. All such products must be returned in their original condition/packaging and must be accompanied by the order number for verification.
