• Customers have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a refund or return.
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
• The following items are non-returnable:
• Opened stationery
• Used consumables
• Writing implements (e.g., pens, markers)
• Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
Refunds
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on customer preference.
• A processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Refunds may take up to 15 days to be processed and completed.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not offered at this time
Gifts
• If an item was marked as a gift when purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser and not to the gift recipient.
• Processing a return for a gift requires the original gift card and receipt.
Shipping returns
• Customers are responsible for the shipping costs when returning an item.
• Returns should be shipped using EMS or Ghana Post to the following address:

• Please include the receipt and a note detailing the reason for the return in your return package.
